A stretch of the eastbound lanes of Interstate 70 on the Japanese Plains is closed from Limon to Genoa on account of a site visitors crash.

The crash occurred about 3 p.m. close to exit 367, stated Grasp Trooper Gary Cutler of the Colorado State Patrol. One semi-truck jackknifed and one other semi bumped into the jackknifed trailer. No accidents have been reported. The lanes are closed for an “prolonged cleanup.” The highway is predicted to reopen when the accident is cleared. Tow vehicles are on the scene.
